Koa Bay is offering a limited number of memberships that give you access to the best active community on the East Coast. Memberships come in two varieties, Full Resident and Fractional Resident.

Membership numbers are capped to maintain the best possible experience for our members.

Membership applications and documents are in the process of being distributed, and we are excited to be taking reservations now. Your reservation deposit will lock in your spot at the current initiation prices. We will be transparent about the progress of this exciting project and communicate with you as we hit each milestone along the way of the buildout.

Full & Fractional Membership Packages

Fractional Members Receive 40 Days of Property Use and Resident Privileges; Residential Members Receive Access & Privileges for the Entire Year.

There is a hard limit of 300 Resident Memberships and 384 Fractional Memberships.

With Full Resident Membership you will have first choice of a home model and location in Koa Bay, daily access to the Wavegarden Cove & UNIT Surf Pool, and all the other activities and world class amenities offered at Koa Bay. Your membership also grants you exclusive perks throughout the property and beyond.

Fractional Membership

The Fractional Residential Membership at Koa Bay gives you all of the incredible benefits of the Full Resident Membership for a portion of the calendar year.

Fractional Memberships were designed to meet the needs of those of you who are world travelers looking for a temporary home base, those looking for a tropical place to surf and call home during the winter months, and for those seeking budget flexibility.

As a Fractional Resident Member, you and your family get 40 days of access to your selected resort residence at Koa Bay along with all the other amenities and perks of Full Resident Membership. Fractional residences are managed by the resort which allows you the option to offer your allotted time for rental income.

The Fractional Resident Membership gives you valuable flexibility and access to the best Koa Bay has to offer in a budget-friendly package.
