This is a massive, ambitious undertaking, and admittedly, bringing the best surf park anchored community on the eastern seaboard to life has taken longer than our initial projections.

“As Florida surfers we know waiting for good waves sucks. So, we completely understand your feelings regarding Koa Bay’s timeline.

This is a massive, ambitious undertaking, and admittedly, bringing the best surf park anchored community on the eastern seaboard to life has taken longer than our initial projections.

Because our vision is to create the ultimate lifestyle and wellness resort, we refused to cut corners during the critical planning and engineering stages. While it may look quiet on the surface, our team has been working around the clock on the complex engineering, planning, permitting and financing demanded to execute a large-scale project.

Thus far, we have secured the land, entitlements, surf resort site plan approval and Community Development District approval allowing us to raise bond financing to construct the community’s sewer, water, and roads. We are now finalizing contracts with select home builders and retail shopping developers. It’s all falling into place.

There are several proposed surf park projects in Florida that have been denied approvals or have no chance of advancing for technical reasons. Koa Bay has overcome these obstacles and is now closing in on breaking ground – this is a direct result of our comprehensive approach.

We are 100% committed to delivering this vision and appreciate you sticking with us through the journey.”
